Ingredients
- Asparagus: 1 bunch
- Garlic: 1 clove (finely chopped)
- Coconut Oil: 1 tsp
- Oregano: 1 tsp
- Cajun Spice: 1 tsp
- Black Pepper: 1 tsp (freshly ground)
- Sea Salt: to taste
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat coconut oil and add chopped garlic. Let the garlic cook a little bit, add asparagus and cook for 2-3 mins. Add oregano, cajun spice, freshly ground black pepper, and sea salt to taste. Mix well and remove from the heat. Serve immediately!
