- Onion: 1 small (finely chopped)
- Tomato: 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Cucumber: 1 cup (finely chopped)
- Carrots: 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
- Ginger: 1/2 inch (finely chopped / grated)
- Cilantro / Dhaniya: a handful
- Green Chili: 1 optional (finely chopped)
- Lemon juice: 3 tsp
Spices
- Roasted Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, add boiled chickpeas / chana, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, green chili, lemon juice, salt to taste, roasted cumin seed powder, and salt. Mix well and serve chilled!
